Stone & Thistle Farm's livestock and poultry are raised on organic meadows without pesticides and artificial fertilizers. Their diets are supplemented with certified organic grain. NO antibiotics or growth hormones are used. Meat from grass-fed animals are lower in total fat and calories but richer in "good" fats such as omega-3 fatty acids and the cancer-fighting fat, CLA. Wool products, maple syrup, honey, jams, local farm products and crafts are also for sale. The store is open seven days 9am to 6pm. Every Saturday from 9am to 2pm, from May through October, you can visit us at the Oneonta Farmers' Market on Main Street or the Pakatakan Farmers Market at the Round Barn on Route 30, North of Margaretville, or Sundays from May to December at the Callicoon Farmers Market in Callicoon Creek Park in Sullivan County 11am to 2pm. We do not ship products. Our goat milk is widely distributed in New York and parts of Massachusetts. Call or email us to find a store nearest to you that carries our products.
