Kortright Creek Creamery Dairy Goats Dairy goats are raised on pasture and fed local grains to produce rich, creamy milk. The grass-fed goat milk is higher in vitamins and heart-healthy fatty acids. Although goat milk contains lactose, it is a healthy alternative for many persons with allergies to cow milk products. Goat milk is digested more easily and thoroughly than cow’s milk and transfers a higher percentage of nutrients to your body. Goat milk is seasonal and typically available March to October. The Kortright Creek Creamery on the farm sells grass-fed goat milk and other goat milk products.
