Our on-farm store is open by appointment only. Grass-fed beef, pork, lamb, goat, poultry, rabbit, eggs, honey, jams, Fable's Kitchen products such as meat pies, pesto and sauces and local farm products are for sale. Stone & Thistle Farm's livestock and poultry are raised on organically managed fields, hillsides and woodlands. The cattle, goats and sheep are 100% grass fed. The pigs. poultry and rabbits' diets are supplemented with local grains. NO antibiotics or growth hormones are used. Meat from grass-fed animals are lower in total fat and calories but richer in "good" fats such as omega-3 fatty acids and the cancer-fighting fat, CLA.
